Once it comes to distress from a broken heart, we all ought to go over the ups and downs of an emotional condition occur equally for both men and women.
But is it probable that there are gender dissimilarities in the strength of going over the painful stages of a break-up? Does one of them feel pain more than the other?
According to a study that was issued in the Journal of Health and Social Behavior, more than 1,000 men and women of 18 to 23 years of age shows that a broken heart sufferings occurs more to men than women.
Other researchers found that break-ups cause men more emotional heartache, and that they feel their character and pride threatened more.
In my knowledge, men and women both suffer similarly.
Though, they both articulate their sorrow in different ways, have different loyalty systems once it comes to their retrieval and they both assign different weight to the numerous stressors in a break-up.
For instance, men feel pain more as they believed that their Former partner could be with a different man than they do from the perception the former partner could have moved on totally.
Alongside women, it is precisely the other way around. But the definite emotional hurt is the same.
Whether or not you hurt a lot after a break-up, feel a loss of character or have it more or less beneath control only depends on your thoughts system, your capability to familiarize to new circumstances and the level of your emotional freedom.
The common feeling is also that women have a much larger emotional support scheme they can twist to and have no difficulties communicating their inmost beliefs with fellow women.
While men do not discuss such troubles amongst themselves, as they do not want to look weak and uncool. Therefore, a man cannot go everywhere for emotional support.
