Stress affects the mindset of a person a lot. A person keeps on reasoning about a condition or problem and slowly changes it in to stress. Emotional effects of stress today are more complicated than ever. We live in a progressively complicated and fast walked world. Modern advancement has created many stressors that our descendants did not have to deal with. Daily stressors, micro stressors, and major life events are often usual causes for symptoms of stress to manifest. 

Emotional stress can affect your relationships, your efficiency at work and even your capability to function normally. People under serious stress can act in ways that just do not make sense if you understand that they are totally distracted, and unable to think undoubtedly. 

We lose attention in our day to day events because of stress, we cannot focus on one entity. Also we lose attention in every other part of life. The only decision that we can do is take tension of the problem and this leads to extra stress. 

Other psychological effect of stress is wasting power of inequity. Our awareness stops working appropriately and we are not able to choose what is good and what is bad for us.

Stress also has been related to destruction of the immune system, raising your chances of becoming sick or altering the course of an illness if you previously have one. Particularly, it has been concerned as playing a part in cancer and abdominal, skin, neurologic and emotive disorders, and even the common cold. Some research have revealed that relaxing while listening to calming music can advance immune system working and, we can presume, aid with our long term health.
