Eat these Diets for Diabetes prevention

Diabetes is a situation that undermines the body’s ability to process blood glucose, oppositely known as blood sugar. OR is a metabolic disorder that results in high blood sugar. The hormone insulin pushes sugar from the blood into your cells to be reserved or used for energy. With diabetes, your body either doesn’t earn sufficient insulin or can’t effectively use the insulin it achieves. If not treated, high blood sugar from diabetes can harm your nerves, eyes, kidneys, and other organs.

There are two types of diabetes including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, on my future posts i will describe these two. The following are super foods that can assist you preventing diabetes.

1. GREEN TEA
Green tea comprises entities called polyphenols, which are antioxidants found in every plant. These polyphenols help decrease oxidative stress and result in vasodilation; vasodilation implies a widening of the arteries. Vasodilation decreases blood pressure, prevents clotting, and reduces cholesterol. Generally, green tea reduces the risk of heart disease, which rises in people with diabetes. Also, polyphenols found in green tea can also help adjust glucose in the body, assisting in preventing and regulating diabetes. 


2. WILD SALMON
Salmon is the common name for various species of ray-finned fish in the family Salmonidae. Other fish in the same family comprise white fish, char, trout, and grayling. Salmon contains omega-3s fatty acids that reduce the inflammation in blood vessels aspect of heart disease and diabetes, also omega-3 in salmon fish lower blood fats and facilitate the amount of good cholesterol.


3. FISH
Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids that enhance insulin sensitivity. Active Insulin help in lowering glucose concentrations thereby reducing the risk of developing diabetes.


4. NON-FAT YOGURT
The nonfat yogurt is prepared from non fat milk with a high proportion of milk sugar after adding improved food starch and fructose. Sometimes they add some natural and artificial flavors, preservatives and coloring. Therefore massive consumption of low or nonfat yogurt decreases the comparative risk of diabetes.


5. EGG WHITES
Egg white is the clear fluid contained within an egg, the high-quality lean protein and low carbohydrates found in egg whites help to prevent diabetes including type 2.


6. CITRUS FRUITS
Citrus fruits are high in vitamins A and C, which are powerful antioxidants. These antioxidants help to prevent diabetes, as people with diabetes tend to have lower levels of vitamin C.


7. DARK GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES
Green leafy vegetables including spinach, collards, kale turnip green, broccoli, cabbage, and lettuce are very low in calories and carbohydrates, thus eating at least a serving and a half of green leafy vegetables every day reduces the risk of getting diabetes.


8. OATMEAL
Oatmeal are rich in fiber that plays an important role in digestion, those fiber aid in slow down the breakdown of sugar in the body. This phenomenon may help to prevent barbs in blood glucose and insulin levels, thus it will help to prevent diabetes.


9. BEANS
Beans are rich in vitamins and minerals such as magnesium and potassium, also contain fiber. That dietary fiber aid in slowing down the breakdown of sugar in the body that helps to slow down blood sugar levels, hence preventing diabetes.


10. NUTS
Nuts are high in healthy unsaturated fats, fats thought to help enhance insulin sensitivity. Dietary fiber and magnesium in nuts may also play a part in diabetes prevention. People who eat nuts possess lower rates of heart disease than people who don`t.
